I called in on Friday 18 December to have a puncture repaired on my Peugeot 207. The staff were excellent and did a first class job. They were totally obliging, polite and cheerful. I will have no hesitation in using your company again. Many thanks.

I called in for two front tyres and was impressed to note that the fitter bothered to put a torque wrench on the wheel nuts to check for the correct tightness. 

 

I was even more impressed when the fitter pointed out that the coil spring on my front suspension had snapped. I heard a large Bang a couple of months ago and despite four independent fitters looking for the cause no one else spotted it until today. 

 

Thank you so much for the excellent service I have received from you. After receiving a recommendation I booked my car in for a service & MOT & after noticing a rattle on Sunday brought the car in first thing on Monday morning. I have no knowledge of cars whatsoever & am always terrified of getting ripped off - at Tyreshops not only are all staff friendly & accomodating they also provide details of whats happened & what needs doing - I would throughly recommend this garage as one to trust who will carry out work of the highest quality. The chaps at both branches are fantastic! Been coming to this company for nearly 9 years. They do work on my track car, my everyday runner and my wife's car. The service i received was without fault and 1st class. The staff were attentive, polite, competent and extremely helpful. For a female to enter into the world of mechanics and cars i always find it a little daunting but here there was no need everything was explained clearly and without judgement.
